Jorge Carlos Soler Castillo, as an 18 year old from Havana, came to Thunder Bay in 2010 for the U18 Baseball World Cup and had heads turning. Despite not having a great tournament statistically, the MLB scouts liked what they leading to Soler ultimately signing with the Chicago Cubs. This brief clip of Soler camping under a fly ball in right illustrates the physical stature of the player, part of the reason for the excitement that he generated.
