What happens if you give Tunzelbots wheels?
Tunzelkarts is an evolutionary programming project in which virtual robots are built from bones, joints and wheels and are evolved to travel as far as possible. It was written in Python, simulated using the Open Dynamics Engine, modelled and assembled in Houdini and rendered using Octane.
