So unfit I was out of breath at the top of the stairs
I hated how I looked and how I felt
This was not just impacting my life but it was hugely impacting my relationship with my wife and eldest son.
It took me a long time to figure out that the missing link had nothing to do with diets or exercise.
The missing link was how to create the mindset that would allow me to simply implement the strategies that work, and to keep implementing them until they because habitual.
The final missing piece was learning how to re-motivate myself when things went wrong and I stopped doing the things that I knew would help me to look and feel my best.
