NLP is a technology, NLP is a methodology, and NLP finally is an attitude. The thing that's not really mentioned that often is the attitude of NLP. NLP looked for exemplars of excellence, to look for where excellence appears, and how you can model it, replicate it, and teach it to someone else.
In Ireland as we go through this epidemic, and during times of crisis, one of the things that I am continuously impressed by is where you see the best of the human spirit coming to the fore, and what you get to see is that the guy that is delivering your shopping to your door is kind, is generous, is communitive, is chatty, and if you go down to the local shop the same thing is happening, if you go to the doctor, or the pharmacist, and even up in the political circles you are noticing where all the facades are being stripped away and what you are getting is the human spirit.
What we are experiencing is an upsurge of decency, of comradery, of affection, of kindness, of gratitude, of support, and for those that are already doing it, I'd just like to say thank you because it means a lot!
