In February 2022, Laura McLachlan interviewed our past participants to gain insight about their experience and involvement in the FSAA Professional Development Programmes.
• Patricia Gimber from Unilever Food Solutions – Patricia was finalist for the 2020 FSAA Scholarship Programme and a participant in the Emerging Leaders Think Tank Programme
• Sanna Bedford from NPD – Sanna was a mentee in the Mentoring Programme in 2021
• Fiorella Boretti from Sandhurst Fine Foods – Fiorella was the winner of the 2021 FSAA Scholarship Programme

Some of the highlights that were shared by our recent participants were that they:

 Expanded their knowledge and perspective across their organisations
 Gained Industry specific learning outcomes
 Experienced disciplines of leadership and varied industry skillsets
 Are inspired about their career paths
