• Welcome to FAST Athletics, we are here to talk about our private training sessions. This is our most popular program and the program that we suggest every athlete starts on their path toward reaching their full potential.

• In our private training our athletes receive individual attention while still being able to compete with other athletes in a small group setting.

• In addition to being in a small group, we meet individually with the athletes to set goals, and we continuously check in on those goals. The goals are stored on our app so that athletes, parent, or even their coaches can see those goals at any time. Our athletes are also able to individualize their training to meet their specific goals. This is what sets our program apart from the others, we keep our athletes focused on their path to reaching their full potential.

• Another key component to this program is our science-based approach that we take in our Athlete Profile Testing. We’ve identified KPI for each sport and rank our athletes based on how they perform in those sport-specific tests. This way we can identify deficiencies in their current sport and we can also plan an annual path for the athletes to be successful in their upcoming sports.

• We also give our athletes in this program an optional body scan, recovery tools, and nutritional advice so athletes can directly see positive changes in muscle mass, promote readiness, and be recovered for your next session, game or practice.
