Kelly Frew and Katharine Ayling are taking part in the Fast Forward 15 Programme 2020, which was set up to inspire, empower and motivate women in the events and hospitality industry.

This initiative matches 15 women in the events and hospitality sector with an industry expert for 12 months. The Mentee and Mentor work together to set goals, develop and coach and support each other through this incredible journey.

The ladies are three months into their mentorship relationship and have been working on building and refining Katharine's goals and targets through the year. Both their careers have been been affected by COVID-19 and they know they need to be realistic with what can achieved in the current climate.

In episode two of this series, Kelly and Katharine talk honestly and openly about how lockdown had affected their goals and ambitions, what they are looking forward to as they settle into a 'new normal' and share a little more about who they are.
