JumpCut Goa profiles Desmond Nazareth, an ex-IITian who returned to Goa after spending decades in the Computer Science and Filmmaking industry to start his very own distillery of Indian spirits. He manufactures Mahua, the only alcohol made by fermenting a naturally sweet smelling flower, Agave, a spirit made from the same plant genus as Tequila, Pure Cane, an alcohol made from fermenting sugarcane, Blue Coracao, a Margarita Mix, Coffee Liqueur, and Orange Liqueur.

Their 44 acre agro facility and craft-distillery is located in the Chitoor District, Andhra Pradesh and the storage and bottling unit in Margao, Goa.
