Adding personality to the application of Business Development Manager with Beaumont People.

I am writing in response to the advertised position for a Business Development Manager after Dean McCowan called to discuss this role. I am excited by the possibility of ‘placing people first’ into meaningful employment.
Over the past 15 years I have held key roles in Sales, Recruitment and Coaching for private enterprises as well as government organisations. A sample of my career achievements aligning with the required responsibilities can be found in the attached CV.
I have a breadth of experience on both sides of the employment table: employing consultants as Managing Director of Connection Kernel, and in managerial roles for private and government organisations. Plus, experienced the heart-stopping moment of being made redundant on a couple of occasions so can place myself in the shoes of both parties in the recruitment, coaching, outplacement scenario.
Work is a massive part of my life. It contributes to my sense of identify and gives me purpose. Therefore, I have a passion for helping others (employer or employee) to find their purpose and meaningful work.
