In such uncertain times, the only thing certain is that sandwiches are reliable, delicious and anyone can make them. This sandwich was born out of the first live Make That Sandwich. This sandwich can be made veggie/vegan very easily and I will add the recipe for crispy tofu so you don't have to miss out on this gorgeous creation.

INGREDIENTS:
Pretzel Bread
Marinara or Pizza sauce (if you are in a pinch)
Veal or eggplant or crispy tofu
Giardiannara
Cinco Formaggio (Quatro is absolutely acceptable)
Caramelized onions
olive tapenade
