How to Stop Being a Perfectionist
In this video, I look at some common problems faced by perfectionists and some tips to help you stop being a perfectionist. I show, as an example, timelapse footage of working on my new painting, Simplicity's Warmth.
Trying to do everything perfectly can have a negative impact on your mental health. I'm an artist, so I suffer from perfectionism when I'm painting, and I use this as an example, but the tips will work equally well with any task.
