The group has tremendous live energy and passion for what they do. They are truly entertaining to just sit and watch if you like, however, don’t be surprised to find yourself having a hard time sitting still. They love to entertain the audience and take great pride in seeing that everyone has an enjoyable time. There are two very strong lead vocalists. Lisa is the band’s lead vocalist. She has a soothing, pleasing natural tone to her voice, which is prevalent in “Don’t Know Why”, by Norah Jones. She can also display a sultry grit on tunes such as Delbert Clinton’s “Roll the Dice”. On “Right As Rain”, by Adele, you can hear both the sultry grit and a smooth vocal tone which rounds out the song. Like everyone in the band she is versatile and sings from the soul. Kurtis plays bass, anchors the rhythm section, and shares lead vocals. He sings from the soul and no matter what he sings, he looks to “own the song”. He has a strong natural voice, which will tug at your soul and leave you wanting to hear more. He takes pride in providing great harmonies to back up other members of the band. While Kurtis and Lisa handle the bulk of the group’s vocals, you will also hear Dave, on drums, provide lead vocals on Bruce Springsteen and Earth Wind & Fire tunes. Mike, the group’s guitar player, adds harmonies that give the group a great vocal balance. Rob provides years of experience on keyboard layering sounds of piano, strings, synthesizer and samples to give the band a rich, full sound that closely supports each tune’s original arrangement.
