This is the second installment of DRENT's series "The Body Keeps The Score" exploring eating disorder awareness and the impact trauma has on our lives. Here are some words of wisdom:
"This was one of the last times I purged/binged before I made the choice to stay away from the foods and triggers that cause intense misery in my life. I wanted to release this video on the 30 day mark of my sobriety. I've spent my whole life making mistakes and not getting to "this point." I've told myself in various ways, "I'm tired of keeping score." BUT there is hope for anyone (including myself) who want to make changes in their lives...even if it's at your own pace.
You are the center of the universe, take in and be as much as you choose.
