The spooky season of 2021 is approaching and today (21/09/2021) marks 15 years since the show first premiered, so what better time to talk about Young Dracula?

So, this little (...as in 25 minutes- but at least i'm not angry ranting this time) retrospective talks about the characters, the themes, and what I thought made the first two seasons of Young Dracula so wonderful and enjoyable to watch. Why? Because I've got a BA Honours degree in Children's Literature that I'm not using at all, so I might as well put those critical thinking skills to some use. Also I just think Young Dracula was such a unique children's show, and it left a significant impact on me as a child, so it was fun to go back and see what makes it so beloved, even 15 years after it first premiered.
