First off, I am so excited to be working with you! I want to begin by congratulating you on taking action to evaluate where you stand with your mindset right now.
I am going to encourage you to block off about an hour to complete this. Pour your favorite beverage and sit down in a quiet space and really allow yourself to get honest with yourself.

I take a very solution focused and a cognitive behavioral approach to these conversations…so you will leave with insight + direction + and clarity on how you’re going to get yourself moving up that spectrum.
