This video is a non-stop motion through the mutable structures by Massimo Sannelli. These nonbinary items are part of the AnimaeNoctis project; so is the choice to film them in black and white and only in details, and from an exploring mouse-like point of view: because color and sense are subjective, and avantgarde has to be amuseable.
Sannelli's inspiration comes in and out the (Fluxus) world, among Daniel Spoerri, Joseph Beuys, Claudio Costa, Vettor Pisani, Yōko Ono, Marisa Merz, Carol Rama, Rebecca Horn, Louise Bourgeois. S/He is a musician and an actor, and the Polymorphous Builds are physical, tactile music: partly instruments and partly harmony. Every score is based on tensions and solutions: the ropes and threads keeping Sannelli's works together in balance.
