Seventh part of the full film broken into sections: Gate Seven is about Stokers. Here Dad's shipmates and theatre director Eugenio Barba embody the Stoker bringing to life for me what my Dad may have done before I was born when he was in the Navy. Little Blue Man is a walking performance project exploring grief, memory, ancestry, ex-service social clubs and familial mythology. The performance film is the culmination of several indoor and outdoor explorations and photo journeys stemming from a first autobiographical work 'My Sister, My Angel' presented in Coventry in 1996 culminating in a walking performance presented in Wootton Fitzpaine, Dorset in 2015. This final edit brought all elements together.
