Marshall's voice may be described as rounded, warm, confident, smooth, informed, distinctive and slightly RP. Recently he recorded a voiceover for a safety video for YIT, a Russian/Finnish construction company. It won the Gold and the Grand Prix prize at the World Media Festival in Hamburg on 6 May 2015.He has also voiced for Philips, a promo film for The Finnish Horse Board, a documentary film 'Untouchable', an infomercial voiceover for Gamucci, a corporate style voiceover for the UK Department of Culture, Media and Sport, and a segment from a radio adaptation of 'Pilgrim's Progress'.
