Synopsis:
This story is about Niladri Bhowmic pet name Neel, whose family consisted of his parents and Namita his elder sister. His parents are no more, due to a car accident. Which upsets his sister’s marriage with Kuntal, and his education, he is still to get his MBA degree to get a responsible job. Neel and his sister are left alone to fend for themselves. His caring sister looks after him and does a job in a corporate house. But Neel fails to get to terms with the corporate exploitation his sister has to submit to, which he feels is due to him.
His childhood friends Sandy and Jayashree try to enlighten him of the vicious corporate grind.
He meets his sister’s boss’s wife Mrs. Chowdhury to seek a remedy but could not get much headway as she endorsed every thing in corporate culture.
Then it dawned on him, that he should take a job to take his burden off his sister’s shoulders, which his friend Priyanka’s father was ready to provide away Siliguri.
