The original house at this location had a fire. We purchased it and torn down the existing structure to the slab. Game up with a design that fit today's market. Got a seal from a structural engineer, added about 50sf to the existing slab in the front and garage. This took a month. Our framers started on April 6th, 2020 and we completed the home on June 16th. One month after framing, we called Atmos Energy to install new service lines. It took them 60 days to do this.
In the end, we wanted to document our build process. We had our video crew go out once a week for 10 weeks to film the ROSO team at work.
