A core element of YIP is to awaken to the questions you carry and to learn how to formulate them in ways that bring clarity to your reflections. Throughout the year participants are encouraged to work on a personal initiative that is guided by a central question.
Towards the end of the program there is a block designed for self directed learning, where participants shift into the role of organiser and dive into their personal inquiries. The self designed curriculum concludes with a week of ‘star gazing,’ in which each individual shines as they share their journey of inquiry and the insights they gained with their peers.
