Kháos results from what is shapeless alike a force as unstoppable and
productive as a fire. Similarly, the human being is raw and constantly
changing in dialogue with his environment. Henceforth the piece draws
the identical quest of the four performers: they are seeking for themselves
and each other, fighting, and unite in order to recover their own nature.

I generate movement in the manner of a Russian doll: beyond the
apparently superficiality of a motion is hidden a series of interwoven ideas,
references and memories which convey various grids of lecture. That of which
the dramaturge interprets and injects with personal literary and philosophical
references that will inspire me a narration.

Bio
YASAMAN is a contemporary dance company
created by French choreographer Sarah Adjou. The company involves four danseurs with both contemporary and hip-hop
technics. Adjou’s first creation is a solo from 2016, Introspection.
Subsequently she created two trios Eve’s genesis and Exhibition
presented on various occasions such as Sobanova, Slash, Wynkl, Togaether...
In 2018, the company participates to Xuân-Lan’s PhD thésis undertaken at The École Normale Supérieure de Paris.
They collaborate on dramaturgy and writing. Kháos results from this residency and puts together three different
pieces choreographed by Sarah.
Award winner of Sobanova 2019 competition, YASAMAN company has recently been offered a residency opportunity at the National Centre of Choreography of Créteil alongside
a co-production as well as a performance programmed at Kalypso festival next November.
