The Rising Tide Society Leader Retreat 2019 in Minnesota this summer was so much fun! And ahh here's the video highlighting the retreat! Community is so incredibly important especially when you're a small business owner and we can sometimes feel isolated or alone -- so focused on our work and without any (or with very few) co-workers.

The Rising Tide Society is an amazing educational resource for creative small business owners and each month around the world, volunteers in the community have local chapters and hold meetings called Tuesdays Together. At these meetings, we're able to go over educational topics, struggles, and most importantly grow and support each other as a community. The community over competition movement is just amazing to see and I love seeing other creative entrepreneurs flourish in their industries! This retreat is a thank you to the volunteer chapter leaders and other volunteers in the RTS community. #communityovercompetition
