The language of yoga.

Yoga is open and kind. A space to feel, move, and be with myself. I believe yoga is a great companion for everyone who wants to try it, I know it has been mine for more than a decade.
With all this in mind I crafted the idea to make an animation about my feelings for the practice of yoga. I started to sketch and move around shapes, bodies and thoughts, just like in a yoga class.
Then Florencia, my instructor and all around yogi guide, elevated it with some beautiful words to match those illustrated sensations.
