This exercise is really great for targeting your buttocks, inner thigh, core and increase movement through your lower and mid spine. I have used a block in between my knee to target my inner thighs. However, if you are at home and don't have a block just do the exercise without. All you need to do is make sure your knees hips and ankles are all in line. Look out for your knees want to track outwards or inwards we want to keep them in a straight line.
