“Sealed” was created after my study in Tokyo and inspired by an impressive art exhibition of Japanese traditional animal. I found the concept of "animal worship" in traditional Japanese nation that interest me a lot. Animals, as the emissary of gods, were endowed with supernatural divinity and temperament by legends and superstitions. In the masterpieces, they seemed to be permanently solidified in a mythical scene human created and sealed in the traditional patterns, paintings and decorations.
From this point of view, I wanted to create a project connecting human, the deified animals and the nature.
