Formerly trained as an ashram yogini, Prema weaves in the groundwork of psycho-therapy with the golden thread of meditation. Born in Costa Rica and raised at Sat Yoga Ashram, Prema is the bridge between meaning and the inherent challenges of life. She is studying to be certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and is using health and wellness as the gateway for people to attune in their internal cohesion. In the making of discipline an art, Prema is a lover of philosophy, eastern and western thought and psychoanalysis and is passionate about how vis-a-vis her work a well attuned mind work can access deep somatic healing and gain insights as the tools for greater understanding and peace. Working as a Meditation Teacher, Movement Facilitator and intuitive healer she supports women and men all around the world in their journey towards inner peace, sharper clarity, one-pointed focus and playful expansive creativity.
