OCEAN OF PEACE Sound Journey – is a multi-sensory sound and movement experience, where you will be guided through simple, yet very profound specially designed exercises. They will help you to harmonise and gently restore the natural order of your body, mind and spirit.
The electro-acoustic internments and special sounds are designed to produce a series of harmonic vibrations that penetrate deeply into all of our organs, tissues and bones. During this workshop, not only your nervous and endocrine system will be rebalanced but also more subtle aspects of our being, where many unloving patterns reside. This holistic healing journey is an excellent opportunity to naturally release old tensions and rejuvenate our bodies, and minds while restoring the radiant joy of being whole again

All the sounds are being tuned and costumed for the particular group and session. All things happen only now and that is why the OCEAN OF PEACE Sound Journey is tuned for each group and space differently.

Apart from the restorative sound bath, you can also expect gentle reconnecting movement and laughter session!

Sabio Janiak – polymath, composer, multi-instrumentalist, the alchemy of sound educator, laughter yoga leader and cellular resonance therapist.
Over 20 years of working internationally as an artist, composer and producer Sabio has developed a unique ability to be able to play more than 100 instruments.
Additionally, he is a founder of Mastering Harmony wellness platform, which provides workshops, sessions and unique tools to harmonise and balance mind, body and spirit.
