1. Jumping Jacks- 1 minute
2. Plank Marching - 1 minute
3. Cherry Pickers- 1 Minute
4. Leg Raises (Dont forget to brace) - 1 minute
5. Tap Jumps - 1 minute
6. Sitouts - 1 minute

Pro tip
1. Set clock for 1 minute on with 5 seconds rest so you can prepare for your next movement.

2. Brace abdomen on all core exercises

3. If you have your heart rate monitor rest to 80% of heart rate after finishing all 6 exercises

4. Complete 4-6 Rounds
