1. Stand a little more than shoulder width apart. Hold a plate with both hands. Lower the plate to the ground as you push your hips backwards. Make sure your back is straight and knees slightly bent.
2. Hold your lowered position and bring the plate towards your chest. Keep your elbows tucked to your side. Release plate by extending your arms back down.
3. Reverse deadlift movement and return to starting position. Repeat.
