As part of the #BlackLivesMatter movement that has been sweeping across the globe, the South London community of Thornton Heath organised a small scale event to show its support and the importance of standing together. The same day of George Floyd’s death was the birth of my mural; DARE TO DREAM.
I was invited to say a few words about my experience of being a black man in the UK and what it means to DARE TO DREAM.
