Download this app named MoViewport.

On 15.08.2012 at 11:03 MoLab (www.molab.at) got an answer from Mr. Chris Apers ([email protected]) that allows to continue the development of his webapp.net micro Framework in Viewport projects, release MoViewport under the LGPL license and mention this name. Current projects of MoLab are commercial on www.molab.at under his license conditions. MoLab will continue the development of closed source commercial web database applications based upon open source PHP libraries released under the LGPL licence conditions and work together with the community.

This initial project now initiates the kickoff to develop an online open source design language for Windows Phone browsers as web applications based on PHP, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.

Try to use Javascript instead of PHP as often as you can because of PhoneGap (vs. cost intense Zend engine) and add to both projects.
