Harpagon (formerly named SWAM) is a minimalist web-based personal finance manager. It provides a simple web interface which allows to manage bank accounts, save punctual or recurring transactions and display bank statements. Harpagon is written in PHP (Symfony) and JavaScript, and is using SQLite as embedded database engine.
