�TRY THIS DRILL�
1️⃣ Dribble the ball through the cones with the inside and outside of your right foot. Drive through the gates and shoot. Then in and out the cones to pick u the next ball.
2️⃣ Dribble the ball through the cones with the inside and outside of your left foot. Drive through the gates and shoot. Then in and out the cones to pick u the next ball.
3️⃣ Dribble the ball through the cones with both feet. Drive through the gates and shoot with right foot. Then in and out the cones to pick u the next ball.
4️⃣ Dribble the ball through the cones with both feet. Drive through the gates and shoot with Left foot. Then in and out the cones to pick u the next ball.
EASY- make the distance short. Use less balls and have plenty of rest �
HARD- make the distance longer. Use more balls. Change technique each time in the cones �
