Project details include a ground floor Showroom, Service Drive and Write-Up areas. Ground floor also includes Sales Offices, Business Development Center, Retail Parts, Café and Customer Lounge. 2nd floor has an open and inviting glass stairwell and stair case for easy flow between 1st and 2nd floors allowing access to a Customer Lounge on the 2nd floor, Business and F&I Offices, and includes a large Conference Training Room. 3rd floor is occupied by the facilities Car Wash and Detail/Prep Areas, all remaining space on the 3rd floor will be for vehicle inventory. The 4th floor houses a 34 Bay state of the art Service Department. 5th floor and Rooftop are used to store vehicle inventory. This is a cast in place parking structure and exterior finishes is a combination of Concrete Block Masonry, Stucco and ACM finishes. There are two (2) Electronic Media Marketing Boards for marketing and advertising.
