This is our current HOA Board President. Walks straight out her front door and over to neighbors grass in front of their townhome, now doing it every day for every potty break. Kat justifies this by stating: "Technically the grass in front of our townhomes will be used by everyone for their pets when they walk by."

The funny thing about the cameras I have is that I put them up around late summer/fall 2019 because we had someone throw dog poop at our front door and fill the bottom of our trash can with dog poop. One guess who we think did that. This was after the first time I had personally and neighborly asked Kat to pick up after her dog. There were also a lot of vehicle break-ins in the neighborhood.

At that point in time, she never picked up after her dog except for every couple of weeks (or month!) she would go out and collect some with a scooper and keep it in a bucket on her porch. She has claimed that she had someone pick up weekly for her (no such person has ever been seen doing that). But we eventually determined that by that she meant the weekly lawn mowing that would chop up and scatter the dog poop all over.

We didn't find out until much, much later that this was also the reason (neighborly asking her to pick up) that she started a smear campaign against me- I was an evil person who was after her dog. No surprise I guess since the neighbor on the other side of her was, she told me when we moved in, also a "horrible, evil person". Prior to this present "smear poop on the grass" campaign, she had another ongoing smear campaign. I have copies of actual messages she sent to people in the neighborhood that she had not even met yet telling them that I was evil and that I was "using my cameras for evil."

Kat also told me when we moved in that a neighbor had called animal control on her before. Again, no surprise. This is where I tell you that when we moved in, the entire front grass area across five townhomes was caked in poop. I couldn't step on the grass without hitting old dried up poop and/or fresh-ish poop. It was disgusting. I put in a few stepping stones, which her dog, running loose always, would then pee on (sometimes poop.) There were at least two occasions where I hosed down long sections of the sidewalk because her dog had diarrhea and of course, was always let out unsupervised. So, disclosure- after initially having some empathy/patience in dealing with this for over two years, I made a complaint to animal control this month. For now she has her dog on a harness.
