We're delighted with the opening of a new 40,000 sq ft Primark store at our shopping centre, Priory Meadow in Hastings, re-activating the former BHS.

The leading value retailer joins a strong existing line-up that includes H&M, a recently-enlarged JD Sports, Poundland, Boots and Superdrug.

On the day of opening, 800 shoppers queued for Primark and footfall for the centre was up +34% generating a positive boost for centre's wider retailers. As well as providing a fantastic new value retail offer to the town and helping boost footfall, the new store creates 120 new jobs.
