We may be far away, but our love of exceptional food and interesting people has connected us to chefs Valentine Warner and Mark Hix. Together we have built a program, Kitchen on the Edge of the World, for 2019 and beyond, driven by the world’s best chefs and mixologists in a truly extraordinarily wild backdrop. Supported by influential speakers be they artists, filmmakers, nature experts, with experiences including island picnics, fishing, hare hunting, knife making, yoga and plenty more.

21 – 25 March
Valentine Warner invites Mark Hix – immersing into the prosperous Arctic cod high season underneath all the breathtaking lights and colours of a Northern Norwegian winter.

20 – 24 June
Valentine Warner invites Nathan Outlaw – for sensational adventures under the midnight sun including halibut fishing, picnics on the beach, hiking and water sports.

19 – 23 September
Valentine Warner invites Mark Hix and Gill Meller – foraging for the last of the summer berries and mushrooms, as well as spotting wild game in the autumnal Lofoten landscape.
