Free to Run has rolled out a ground-breaking initiative, supported by the Embassy of Canada's CFLI, to teach nutrition in 12 local high schools across Afghanistan. 119 female beneficiaries benefited from these lesson as they participated in a 4 month program to improve their knowledge of nutrition and engage in weekly sports sessions.
