During my time as the lead Animation and Pipeline Technical Director for Krow VFX, the studio did some pitches for the Canadian television series Frankie Drake. I was tasked with rigging all of the background vehicles and props.
Much of the vehicle and prop work was done in house, but we outsourced the modelling of the building set extensions. Unfortunately when we received them, they were the wrong scale for the shots. I created a tool that allowed us to scale all of the buildings to match what we needed, while still maintaining alignment, relation and location within the shots as they had already been laid out.
