Launching in 2015, Dream.Believe.Grind.Athletics, will host small sessions in Atlanta for football and basketball players, both male and female. Endurance, strength, stamina and power are some of the attributes needed to be successful in sports, however, many programs do not focus on the mental health of these young athletes. Athletes are prone to mental health issues, depression and suicidal thoughts. The pressure of being an athlete can be overwhelming for many, combined with the normal day to day life of a growing teenager, maintaining good grades and peer pressure, can lead to stress and anxiety for these aspiring college athletes.

This program will not only focus on the physical and technical skills of these young athletes, it will also focus on the positive mental health of these young athletes, following and guiding each on their journey to become GREAT.
