Donovin Darius is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through Donovin Darius Enterprises. A personification of their former-NFL namesake, his organizations fulfill this mission through the facilitation of football clinics, life skills camps, family fitness expos, team building workshops, and motivational speaking engagements.
A New Jersey native, Donovin began his football career and graduated from Syracuse University. From there, Darius continued to sharpen his strong safety skills as a defensive force playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Retiring in 2011 after playing nine seasons for the Jaguars, he began investing into the lives of others through Donovin Darius Enterprises.
Since 2010, Donovin has served as the Founder and Head Coach of Donovin Darius Training— a Sports Emmy Award Winning organization that provides clinics for youth and coaches. Donovin is able to use football as both a focal point and a vehicle to emphasize a more significant, overarching dedication to a mind-body-spirit philosophy.
Donovin Darius Foundation began impacting the Jacksonville community in 2011. Placing an emphasis on reaching at-risk youth and underserved communities, the Foundation partners with other organizations and hosts Life Skills Workshops and Family Celebration Expos. The Foundation has empowered more than 5,350 children and 675 parents to pursue individual excellence, honor family and actively participate in their own long-term success.
Since its conception in 2015, Donovin Darius Speaking has motivated more than 250 audiences nationally and internationally through speaking engagements and team-building workshops. Donovin is uniquely able to translate complex concepts and truly connect with an audience, regardless of who is in it. Team building workshops are focused on applying football fundamentals as a means of guiding businesses and organizations to collaborate better, and succeed together.
