What about Portuguese women's football?

In this documentary, we come close to three athletes from A.D. Grijó, and their experiences and opinions about the past, present, and future of women's football.
In Portugal, the women's football teams of the second league, as is the case of A.D. Grijó, are not remunerated nor funded according to their professional category.
If all-male professional soccer players are remunerated, female football players are obliged to maintain professional activities parallel to their professional sports practice, since they are not paid as players.
