Developed in the early to late 2000's, Westridge is nicely situated on both sides of Valencia Blvd and west of interstate 5.

Overall, Westridge has an elegant feel and some areas are known to be among of the most exclusive in all of Santa Clarita. Prospective home buyers will find a variety of single family homes, dramatic luxury homes, and some lovely townhomes.

The community is situated among the natural beauty of 800 acres of rolling hills, including a 150-acre Oak Preserve.
