Under the umbrella of University Recreation at Coastal Carolina University there are 23 club sports. More than 600 participants in those sports represent Coastal in competition against other colleges and universities. Club sports fill a need that some students have for competition and results show that those who spend time on the field of play also perform well in the classroom.
