For our latest project in my 2D Principles of Design class, we were required to make a video focusing on one color. The video had to display an emotion or tell a story. I chose to do a 15x5 format, 15 clips at 5 seconds each, to tell the story of COVID-19. The first couple of clips show fake plants throughout my house to signify the mandated quarantine. In the background are different stories about the growing cases of coronavirus and deaths overlayed on top of each other. The middle clips are peaceful, focused on the raindrops- the emotions we feel during this stressful time. When finally the sun comes out. The background is full of chirping birds, kids playing basketball outside, and the dogs barking. Finally, this mess is over.
