Azariah "Z" Price is a teenage CrossFit® athlete and high school wrestler from the Indiana/Michigan state line, "Michiana." In-person high school will not resume and many gyms are closed this spring thanks to COVID-19. That leaves teenage athletes of all levels figuring out how to maintain their training or stay or get fit during shelter-at-home conditions. "Z" has decided to use this opportunity to write tailored programming for ten athletes during this time, adapting the strength-and-conditioning workouts to what teens have to work with at home.
