IROC Decon, in collaboration with Violet Defense Technology (VDT), has developed a small footprint, highly effective and extremely flexible UV germ decontamination systems to disinfect Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). These UV Decon systems, powered by Violet Defense’s UV light engine requires zero chemical consumables and available for rapid field initiatives.

These disinfection technologies utilize the four most powerful wavelengths of UV light (UV-A, UV-B, UV-C, and violet-blue light) to kill up to 99.9+% of harmful pathogens, viruses, and bacteria from contaminated equipment and gear, PPE used by first-responders & Department of Defense (DoD) officials, as well as water to allow for their sustainable reuse to protect the health of those on the frontlines of the current CoVID-19 pandemic and their communities.

We are currently in the midst of the largest global pandemic outbreak of our generation, and we must act. Meanwhile, our nation’s first-responders place themselves at risk of exposure to CoVID-19 despite a drastic shortage of PPE.

IROC Decon will provide solutions to the current PPE shortage in the U.S. by allowing first-responders to decontaminate and reuse PPE such as N95 face masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, uniforms, and equipment needed by our firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and police officers.

IROC’s UV-Decon locker systems are available in different sizes and can be trailer-mounted to allow for first-responders to disinfect their gear between - and at the end of - each shift.

IROC’s UV-Decon Container systems allow for the same quality of disinfection and protection against CoVID-19 on a broader scale, while also being able to address larger medical and emergency equipment across First Responder, DoD, and International Health departments.
