This session is hosted by the ICDE Francophone OER Project, represented by partners from OERu and the French Digital University. The LiDA103fr project focuses on building competencies needed to foster the creation of OERs, by addressing licensing issues.

In this panel discussion, some of the participants in this collaboration discuss how working on the OERu’s first non-English course demonstrates the potential for further multi-lingual versions of learning materials, and the application and sustainability of Open Education at its best.
