What is it like to work with an architect to design a custom home? These can be hard to read and understand. We take the guess work out of it by extending the standard set of drawings and bringing them to life with 3D. We will create an unlimited set 3D renderings of our clients. We then animate those renderings to create a near-reality like view of what you home will look and feel like as you approach, enter, and look around. We can even animate sunlight and weather so you can understand if that book nook you want to sit and read in has the perfect afternoon sun. We also create for our clients a 3D fly through animation of the floorplan. By downloading a simple application on their tablet, they can take their time checking out every element of the design. This not only sounds cool and fun, but it's practical and an important step in helping our clients understand their home design. This confidence up-front, long before the first nail is struck, allows us to take the time during the design process to address any questions or concerns our clients may have. This also helps to greatly reduce the risk of change orders after construction begins. So often we hear stories of people having to add 10, 15, 20% to their budget because something was missed in the design phase and had to be addressed during construction, which created these costly change orders.
